Tell a friend about us and we will give money off your next booking. The amount depends on how long the person you refer to us books our house for.

SXOC Members get 10% off stays up 1 month, if any of you are lucky enough to be able to stay longer a extra 5% on top of the long stay discount we give any way will be taken off. First contact by members be done by PM please.
